DrawDojo provides a secure server for data but cannot guarantee loss, theft, misuse and unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration and destruction by third parties or sophisticated hackers. DrawDojo cannot warranty that any information will remain secure. We retain your account records when created, until such time DrawDojo ceases to exist or you delete your account, or a sponsor or client removes a program offered in our catalogs.

Sketch Data Retention and Use

By using the DrawDojo application all users generate unique sketch data. All creative sketch data generated by users of the application can be considered the copyright of the individual per US copyright law. We do not use this data for any other purpose than to improve the algorithms and overall user experience of the software. We do not share or sell this data to any 3rd parties and we keep it in a secure database. We do allow for users to share their sketch data with others incuding instructors. This is done on a voluntary basis and we give individuals the ability to choose whether or not to share their creations.

Cross-border data transfers

Information that DrawDojo collects may be stored and processed in and transferred between any of the countries in which DrawDojo operates to enable the use of the information in accordance with this privacy policy.

In addition, personal information that you submit for publication on the website will be published on the internet and may be available around the world.
